HIPAA-Compliant Secure Portal
The portal is where Dominique maintains client records, tracks invoices & payment receipts, schedules appointments, and sends encrypted messages.
Through this portal, you can access:
Dates, times, and length of your upcoming appointments.
Superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement based on your out-of-network policy coverage.
The superbills can be found under the Billing tab, by downloading the pdf invoices (the receipts to NOT contain all of the information needed by your insurance company).
An encrypted and secure method of communicating with Dominique.
Some of your clinical documents.
An encrypted journal that you can use privately, or share with Dominique.
The portal will automatically populate any forms that require your signature, prior to allowing you to reach the dashboard. All forms must be signed with your current legal name.
Each member of a couple or family is required to maintain their own profile and individually sign all forms.
