Session Length
Standard sessions are 50 minutes in length
Standard Rates
The standard rates for individual counseling sessions are $150 for each 50 minute session. The standard rates for couples/family counseling sessions are $175 for each 50 minute session.
Scholarship Rates
I understand that finances can cause significant hardships that hinder people from seeking therapy. In an attempt to counteract that, I offer 10 scholarship slots, where clients will be charged $0 - $120 per session, based on their individual needs and circumstances. If you are suffering significant financial challenges, please inquire about whether there are available scholarship slots at this time. Reported financial hardship is based on the honor system.
Insurance
In-Network Coverage: I am not an in-network provider on any insurance panels. However, I am contracted to offer in-network coverage to clients with Oxford, Oscar, and United HealthCare insurance through a partnership with Alma. You can elect to use your in-network insurance benefits for these companies, but you are not required to do so.
Disclosure: Using In-Network insurance benefits permits your insurance company to access your complete record (including documented session content), require a mental health diagnosis to approve payment (which becomes a part of your permanent medical record), and limit the frequency, length, and type of counseling services you may use.
Out-of-Network Coverage: I am able to offer Out-of-Network insurance coverage to all clients, regardless of your insurance carrier. Out-of-Network Superbills are available to all clients, and can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement based on your policy's Out-of-Network coverage.

Private Pay: If you have no insurance coverage, or a desire to retain full privacy of your records from your insurance company, private pay is the way to go! With the exception of Mandatory Reporting laws and Court Subpoenas, nothing about your counseling record (including that you're even in counseling) is accessible by anyone without a signed Release of Information from you.
Standard Notice Under The No Surprises Act
The purpose of this notice is to inform consumers of the No Surprise Act under section 27988B-2(d)of the Public Health Service Act (PHS Act) and how consumers are protected from unexpected medical bills related to out-of-network service providers. Click here to read the full notice.
Payment
Cash, check, ACH transfers, Zelle, PayPal, and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) are accepted forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified the office at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay for the full cost of the session. Cancellation fees must be paid before additional services can be provided.
